Holiday Faq

Our PASTURED RAISED turkeys are fed a high-quality, ALL-NATURAL grain diet. We source our grain from Cochecton Mills, which supplies all-natural grains from the tri-state area.

Hemlock Hill Farm has been working with Glenwood Turkey Farm, in PA, for over 36yrs. This farm specializes in raising turkeys naturally. They start them as pullets in the Summer. Hemlock Hill Farm finishes raising them in the Fall.

Our turkeys are sold FRESH. We offer a 3-size ranges to choose from, as we can’t promise an exact weight. The process of selecting the appropriate turkey for processing, is not an exact science, and done within 24 hours or LESS of your reserved pick-up day. That's why we ask you to choose a certain size range & PICK UP DAY. 99% of the time we will be able to give you the weight you want, in the range you reserve. As we get closer to the holidays, what’s displayed is what’s currently available. If you don’t see your preferred size or pick-up day, it may already be reserved, so be sure to place your order early!

We suggest 1.5 to 2.5lbs per person. It could be LESS if you and your guest are light meat eaters, serving a lot of sides or have another main dish. Or it could be MORE if you want a lot of left overs. Adjust according to your needs.

Hemlock Hill Farm will NOT be offering gravy, relish, stock, or pies this year. Vendors may be present with seasonal items, including some of the traditional items listed. Please Plan Accordingly.

Yes. We will have an abundance, in our farm store to purchase. Our store will have sage sausage available in 1lb packs leading up to the holidays. Sorry, but we're NOT able to take pre-orders/reservations for these items.

This is only a reservation. You must pay in full, the day you pick up your turkey. We charge per pound so every turkey costs differently. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and CASH.
