Hemlock Hill Farm launches first New York store front

If you ever wondered where New York restaurants like il Buco get their chickens, visit Hemlock Hill Farm, a third generation, 120-acre spread in Cortlandt Manor, New York, which has launched its first storefront to sell their natural pasture-raised meats in a variety of cuts, roasts and whole rotisserie or butterflied options.

They also sell fresh produce and more than 200 artisanal products, from local honey and maple syrup to flowers, cheese, yogurt, fresh made breads and Hemlock Hill’s pepper jelly, marinara and hot sauces, and canned pickles.

There’s also a food truck on the property and a family barbecue event planned for Oct. 14, with music, property tours and a pumpkin patch. Pop up restaurants on the property are next, says a spokesman for the farm.
