Pick up once a month. We will let you know what your pickup dates are.

Pequeño 8-10 libras por mes : Carne molida, salchicha, pollo entero y/o asado (1-2 personas)
Mediano 15-18 libras por mes: Carne molida, salchicha, pollo entero, asado, filetes, cortes de cordero y/o cortes de cerdo (2-4 personas)
Grande 28-30 libras por mes: Carne molida, salchichas, pollo entero, asado, filetes, cortes de cordero y/o cortes de cerdo (4-5 personas)

Join our Meat CSA by signing up online before the season starts. When you become a member, you’re supporting local farming and receiving a share of pasture-raised meats throughout the season, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sausages, and more.
Make Your Payment
Make your payment at the start of the CSA season, helping the farm cover early purchases and other up-front costs.

At Hemlock Hill, our farmers spend their days raising animals on pasture with care and attention. The result is some of the freshest, most flavorful, and responsibly raised meat you’ll enjoy.
Pick up your share
We offer shares in 3-month periods, with one pickup each month. We’ll share the pickup dates with you in advance so you can plan ahead.​
