Joining the Meat CSA gives members access to a seasonal variety of pasture-raised meats while directly supporting your local farm. Shares may include beef, pork, chicken, lamb, turkey and more throughout the season.
Fall Meat CSA begins in October. Sign Ups Open up September 1st.
Csa membership periods
The Meat CSA is open for membership on a quarterly basis, with shares offered in 3-month seasonal periods throughout the year. Members receive one pickup per month for the duration of the season, for a total of three monthly pickups. Each month's share is farmer's choice and will vary based on availability and seasonality.

Share Sizes & Pricing
All meats are provided frozen and vacuum-sealed for quality and convenience. Each month's share is farmer's choice and will vary based on availability and seasonality.

Pricing reflects the full 3-month seasonal share, with one pickup per month for a total of three pickups per season.
Small Share: $270
Approx: 8-10 lbs per month
Ground Meat, Sausage, Whole Chicken and/or Roast
( Recommended for 1-2 people)
Medium Share: $540
Approx:15-18 lbs Per Month
Ground Meat, Sausage, Whole Chicken, Roast, Steaks, Lamb cuts and/or Pork cuts
(Recommended for 2-4 people)
Large Share: $1,080
Approx. 28-30 lbs Per Month
Ground Meat, Sausage, Whole Chicken, Roast, Steaks, Lamb cuts and/or Pork cuts
(Recommended for 4-5 people)
Before you Join
Your share includes a variety of farm pasture-raised meats. CSA shares are pre-packed, and we do not substitute products within the boxes. Members will receive all pickup dates and details after signing up.
Please bring a bag or cooler to receive your share.

Become a member
Join the Meat CSA at Hemlock Hill Farm by signing up online before the season begins. As a member, you’re supporting local farming and receiving a share of pasture-raised meats that may include beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sausages, and more, all while supporting your local farm
Make Your Payment
CSA shares are paid for at the beginning of the season. Your membership helps support the farm with early-season costs, planning, and animal care throughout the season!

At Hemlock Hill Farm, our farmers spend their days raising animals on pasture with care and attention. The result is some of the freshest, most flavorful, and responsibly raised meat you’ll enjoy.
Pick up your share
CSA shares are offered in 3-month seasonal periods with one pickup each month at the farm. Pickup dates and details are provided in advance after sign up so members can plan ahead!
