Our Black Angus cattle are raised on open pastures, where they graze freely on lush, all-natural grasses like alfalfa, timothy and rye grown right here on our farm. To complement their forage, we also provide a balanced diet that includes about 30% fermented barley (brewers grain) sourced from Captain Lawrence Brewery. This unique combination not only supports the health and well-being of our herd but also creates beautifully marbled, flavorful beef. By blending traditional pasture-raising with sustainable local partnerships, we’re proud to offer beef that is as wholesome as it is delicious.
