Your share includes a variety of farm pasture raised meats.

We will offer shares for 3-month period.

Pick up once a month. We will let you know what your pickup dates are.

The Meat CSA is only open for membership quarterly.

Medium 15-18 lbs Per Month: $540

Ground Meat, Sausage, Whole Chicken, Roast, Steaks, Lamb cuts and/or Pork cuts (2-4 people)

Large 28-30 lbs Per Month: $1,080

Ground Meat, Sausage, Whole Chicken, Roast, Steaks, Lamb cuts and/or Pork cuts (4-5 people)

Join our Meat CSA by signing up online before the season starts. When you become a member, you’re supporting local farming and receiving a share of pasture-raised meats throughout the season, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sausages, and more.

Make Your Payment

Make your payment at the start of the CSA season, helping the farm cover early purchases and other up-front costs.

At Hemlock Hill, our farmers spend their days raising animals on pasture with care and attention. The result is some of the freshest, most flavorful, and responsibly raised meat you’ll enjoy.

Pick up your share

We offer shares in 3-month periods, with one pickup each month. We’ll share the pickup dates with you in advance so you can plan ahead.
