Our flock of Dorset and Suffolk sheep, alongside a small herd of goats, are an important part of the farm. The Dorset is known for its ability to lamb naturally out of season and raise strong, healthy offspring, while the Suffolk is prized for its fast growth and flavorful, tender meat. Our goats add diversity to the herd and are raised with the same care, producing lean, richly flavored goat meat that is a staple in many cuisines. Together, these animals thrive on open pasture, helping us steward the land while providing wholesome, pasture-raised meats that reflect the health of the farm and the respect we show our animals.
