Our pasture-raised chickens spend their days outdoors on fresh green pastures whenever the weather allows, foraging naturally for worms, insects, and grasses. This seasonal access to the land gives them a healthy, varied diet and plenty of room to roam, which not only supports their well-being but also enhances the rich flavor and quality of the meat. By raising our flock in harmony with nature, we ensure they live a healthy, stress-free life while providing wholesome food for our community.

In addition to our younger broiler chickens, we also raise hens—our older birds who have lived longer lives on pasture. These hens are larger and develop deep, rich flavors that shine when cooked low and slow. They’re especially beloved for making hearty, nourishing soups and broths, a tradition many families enjoy for both comfort and health.
